Bledisloe Cup heading to the States?

USA: Keen to host a Bledisloe Cup match in 2010

USA Rugby is backing the attempt to have a Bledisloe Cup Test held in Denver next year.

The New Zealand Rugby Union (NZRU) and Australian Rugby Union (ARU) are working with a marketing company to look at the possibility of playing a Test in the USA.

USA Rugby CEO Nigel Melville says his organisation is definitely a fan of the proposal and has told New Zealand and Australia that they are very keen.

Melville says to sell rugby to the US public, the union needs a great product, and an Australia-New Zealand Test is just that.
